The certification that adds a second dimension to your coaching: verbal + visual.

You are coaching well. The conversation just has nowhere to put what is being said.
Two reasons coaches make the shift: to coach more effectively, and to build an edge that talk-only coaches and AI cannot copy.
You work with words and pictures, draw on many proven methods in one shared space, and help clients reach clarity faster.
You give clients a shared visual process with a human in it. That is the coach they remember and refer.

A client may sense that something is wrong without being able to describe how the pieces connect. The conversation continues, but much of the experience remains implicit.
Visual Coaching brings that hidden material into a space both people can work with.
Visual Coaching follows three core movements. First, you help the client bring important material into view. Then you organise it together. Finally, the client imagines how the new understanding could change what they do beyond the board.
Bring thoughts, emotions, experiences and possibilities into the shared space.
Arrange what has surfaced so patterns, relationships and tensions become easier to understand.
Use the completed model to imagine different choices, conversations and actions in the client's real life.

Your client leaves with the finished board. They can look at it again between sessions, so the insight from the call keeps working in very different moments.
Built for working coaches ready to specialize. Honest on both sides: here is who thrives in this cohort, and who should wait.
Roles exactly as people described themselves when they signed up. In a cohort this small, the people beside you are part of what you are joining.
From your first week to the end of your first year: twelve weeks of live teaching and practice, certification around week 15, then an ongoing community through to week 52.

You are ready to add more power to the coaching conversation.
You already ask thoughtful questions and listen well. Visual Coaching gives you and your client a shared way to see and organise what comes up, so more of their experience becomes something you can work with together. That is where the twelve weeks begin.

You learn by practising.
Over the twelve weeks you develop the method through demonstrations, paired exercises and feedback. You experience Visual Coaching from both chairs: as the coach, and as the client.
The week-by-week topics, the call formats and the exact times are all in the practical part below.

You demonstrate that you can use the method.
Once the twelve weeks of teaching are behind you, you bring Surfacing, Structuring and Shifting together in one complete session, and certify when you are ready. Certification says you can guide a visual session on your own.

You keep developing with other Visual Coaches.
From certification through to the end of your first year, roughly week 52, you keep developing alongside other Visual Coaches, exchanging session ideas, reflecting on your work and expanding how you use the tools with clients.

Visual Coaching uses many tools together. You learn how to combine pictures, emotions, values, needs, strengths, inner parts and session structures inside one shared visual process.
This is a craft with a track record. Watch a real session, then see the full picture.
"I found it different from traditional conversations. I understand myself and what matters to me more clearly now. I'd absolutely recommend the Visual Coaching approach."
Twelve weeks, one topic a week. Here is the whole shape of it, so you can hold it against your calendar before you book anything.
One topic per week. You meet it twice, from two different chairs, then run it yourself.
The week's topic, taught live. What the tool is, the psychology underneath it, the moves that make it work and the ways it goes wrong. Recorded, and you can bring questions or just listen.
Optional · catch up on video any timeWhere the reps happen. The format changes with the topic: a live demo session, hot seats, paired practice in breakouts, board reviews, a case clinic on something a coach is stuck with, or a playground where you take the whole group through a session of your own. This is the call to protect in your calendar.
A small group from your cohort, no trainer in the room. You run the week's tool on each other and bring the board back to the group. No one is grading you, so you get a lot of reps.
The recordings of every call, the community exchange for boards and questions between sessions, and weekly wins where the cohort shares what actually worked with a client.
Both calls run at 12:00 Berlin time, every week of the cohort. Berlin is the anchor, so the other cities shift by an hour around the clock changes in late October. Every call is recorded, so a hard week in your time zone is never a week missed.
This is the Founding Cohort, the first time we run the Visual Online Coach Certification and the first twenty coaches certified in the method. You help shape the program, you lock in the founding price, and you stay a founding member for good.

Two guarantees, and they cover the two things coaches actually worry about: the skill not landing, and life getting in the way.

Show up and do the work. If a visual session hasn't clicked by the end of the program, we keep coaching you in the practice calls, with extra feedback rounds, until it does. And if you have done the work and still feel it wasn't worth it, we give you your money back. You are covered both ways.

If life gets in the way, tell us. Everything you have learned and your access stay yours, and we bring you into the next cohort we run, at no extra cost. You never lose what you have paid for.
It's a free, roughly 20-minute video call. The founding cohort is small (20 seats) and high-touch, so before you commit we make sure it is the right fit both ways and answer every question you have. There is no pitch and no obligation, and if it is a match you can enrol on the call or straight after.
No. It's a second dimension added to your coaching: verbal + visual. You keep everything you do; your client gets a shared picture to think with. It builds on your ICF/EMCC practice.
The mechanism it works through is well studied. Putting feelings into words and making them visible draws on affect labeling research (Lieberman and colleagues, 2007), which found that naming an emotion calms the brain's threat response, and on work on emotional granularity, where more precise emotion words support better self-regulation. Visual Coaching applies these principles on a shared board. We are careful not to overclaim: the science supports the mechanism, not any single card deck. You go deep on the psychology behind every tool inside the certification, and you can preview it on the tools page.
No. You could use the workarounds most coaches use today. But metaFox.online has everything a visual coach needs in one place, and if something's missing, tell us and we build it. It's included for a year, with every card set, board and template.
Around three to four hours a week for twelve weeks. Two live 90-minute calls at 12:00 Berlin time, a theory call on Tuesday and a practice call on Thursday, plus a 60-minute peer pod you schedule with your own group. Every call is recorded. The Tuesday call is optional if your week is full. Full dates and times are in the practical part.
This is the founding cohort, beginning 5 October 2026 and capped at 20 seats. You learn alongside the same group through the live calls, and help shape the community as a founding member. Book a fit call early to hold a place.
No. One program, one price: the method, live teaching and practice, the certification, a year in the certified community, and a year of metaFox.online. One-to-one work with the founders may be offered later as an optional add-on, but it is never required to certify.
Yes, pay in full or spread it over three months. We walk through the numbers together on your fit call.
Visual coaching adds a whole set of tools to your work and gives clients a shared visual experience they remember and refer. When your work is visibly more valuable, you compete less on price: you can package it as a fixed engagement around a result, instead of selling your hourly rate.
You can still join, and plenty of coaches will be in exactly that position. Everything is recorded. The Tuesday theory call is optional by design: if your week is full, watch it back and arrive ready on Thursday. What we would ask you to protect is the Thursday practice call and your peer pod, because that is where the skill actually gets built. If a stretch of weeks goes sideways, tell us and the Life-Happens Guarantee covers you.
You will not be stuck. You practice in three places: on your own real material in the Tuesday client-seat call, on your cohort peers in the coach-seat call and the peer pod, and on real coachees for certification. Coaches without a live caseload usually certify on pro-bono or practice clients, and we help you line those up on your fit call. You do need to be willing to coach real people.
No formal certificate is required, but this is not a first coaching training. You should already know how active listening, rapport and powerful questions work in a live session, and have run at least one coaching engagement. Visual Coaching is a second dimension added to an existing practice. If you are still building the fundamentals, tell us on the fit call and we will point you somewhere better first.
Do the work: show up to the practice calls and run your reps. If a visual session still isn't landing by the end, we keep coaching you until it does. And if you have done the work and still feel it wasn't worth it, we give you your money back. You are covered both ways.
